Jackfruit is the largest fruit in the world — and one of the most complex in flavor. When ripe, it's richly sweet with a buttery, almost caramel-like quality. The challenge with drying it is preserving that flavor and texture without deep frying or loading it with oil.

The answer is vacuum-frying: a low-temperature, low-pressure drying process that removes moisture while preserving the natural sugars, flavor compounds, and texture of the fruit. The result is a crispy chip that actually tastes like jackfruit — not like oil.

Our jackfruit is sourced from Tiền Giang Province, one of Vietnam's premier jackfruit-growing regions, and vacuum-fried within hours of harvest to lock in peak ripeness.

THE VACUUM-FRYING DIFFERENCE

Conventional frying: 180°C, high oil absorption, oxidized flavors, up to 50% fat by weight.

Vacuum frying: 90-120°C under reduced pressure, minimal oil absorption, preserved natural flavor, 10-15% fat by weight.
